На 16 ноември 2022г. Върховният касационен съд на РУМЪНИЯ (ICCJ) постанови, че ИЗВЪНРЕДНОТО ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ В РУМЪНИЯ Е БИЛО НЕЗАКОННО ПРОДЪЛЖЕНО и ЧЕ УЛЕСНЯВАНЕТО НА ДОСТЪПА ДО РАЗЛИЧНИ ПУБЛИЧНИ СЪБИТИЯ ВЪЗ ОСНОВА НА ЗЕЛЕНИЯ СЕРТИФИКАТ СЪЩО Е НЕЗАКОННО. РЕШЕНИЕТО Е ОКОНЧАТЕЛНО и е постановено след обжалване на подобно решение на първа инстанция. Съдийският състав на ICCJ (Върховният съд на Румъния) потвърди решението на Апелативния съд в Букурещ, което се позовава на правата на човека (напр.: Всеки има право на свобода и сигурност; Право на ефективно лечение и на справедлив процес) и отхвърля жалбата на правителството като късно формулирана. НАСТОЯЩОТО РЕШЕНИЕ ЩЕ ДАДЕ ПРАВО НА ВСИЧКИ, КОИТО НЕ СА БИЛИ ВАКСИНИРАНИ И СА БИЛИ ОЩЕТЕНИ ИЛИ ОГРАНИЧЕНИ ОТ ВЗЕТИТЕ В ПАНДЕМИЯТА ОГРАНИЧИТЕЛНИ МЕРКИ ДА СЪДЯТ ПРАВИТЕЛСТВОТО/ДЪРЖАВАТА И ДА ТЪРСЯТ ОБЕЗЩЕТЕНИЕ В СЪДА.
