Всичко това се замесва, като се прибавя яйцето и солтаОформят се тънки рула с диаметър около 1. 5 см. , които се нарязват на малки късове. Изсипват се във вряща вода и се варят докато изпулват на повърхността. Изваждат се и се отцеждат.Сметаната се загрява и се добавя нарязаното на парчета синьо сирене….
