Брегът по нашето Черноморие е с различна ориентация спрямо морето, а в районите северно от нос Калиакра, както и на юг от нос Галата до Бяла тази посока на вятъра и неговата скорост, непревишаваща 10 m/s, става предпоставка за чувствително, често рязко понижение на температурата на морската вода и поява на явлението „upwelling“, посочиха от НИМХ….
