Правителството одобри промени в Наказателно-процесуалния кодекс, които създават механизъм за търсене на наказателна отговорност на главния прокурор. Според поправките, при необходимост наказателен съдия от Върховния касационен съд ще може да ръководи разследване срещу обвинител номер едно или негов заместник, обясни министърът на правосъдието Крум Зарков: „Този адхок прокурор ще бъде назначаван за прокурор във ВКП и ще се определят на случаен принцип от списък, предварително одобрен от Общото събрание наказателна колегия от ВКС, ако е дал преди това съгласие за това….
