Протест във Варна заради затварянето на Белодробната болница. Лечебното заведение има стотици хиляди левове дългове, включително и за ток. Служителите там не са получавали заплатите си за 10 месеца. А туберкулозно болните са пуснати по домовете им.“Единствената болница в североизточна България, г-н Балабанов, не я закривайте. Оставка! Оставка на Балабанов, оставка и на кмета!“ – с този призив медиците от белодробната болница във Варна излязоха на протест….
