Народното Събрание да освободи К Петров, като Министър Председател в Оставка, поради възможността да продължи да извършва престъпления, като определи някой от заместниците му за Временен Министър Председател. МС да вземе решение за отняна, промяна или потвърждение на издадените ноти.
