Министър Председателят на България в Оставка К. Петков , уверено поема по пътя към Софийският затвор.
Това, че г-н Петков обича да нарушава Конституцията и Законите на Р България е публична тайна. Но този път няма да му се размине, защото извършеното от него престъпление е с висока обществена значимост и тежък наказателен състав.
За какво иде реч: Съгласно Женевската Конвенция, международното и българско законодателство – Дипломатическа Нота е писмен документ от правителството на една държава до друга. Тук възниква въпроса – К Петков ли е Българското правителство. Разбира се, че не е. Той не е самодържец а председател на колективен орган – Министерски съвет. Заседание на МС за вземане на решение за изгонване на 70 Руски дипломати няма. Освен това Дипломатиюеските Ноти не са подписани от Министъра на МВнР в оставка, който не е отсъствал и не е упълномощавал за това трето лице.
На лице са достатъчно факти уличаващи извършителите за извършеното престъпно деяние – превишаване на права и злоупотреба с власт, с цел застрашаване националната сигурност и интересите на Република България , както и създаване на документи с невярно съдържание в подкрепа на горното.
Какво следва от това? Трябва веднага да се сезира Прокуратурата. Народното Събрание да освободи К Петров, като Министър Председател в Оставка, поради възможността да продължи да извършва престъпления, като определи някой от заместниците му за Временен Министър Председател. МС да вземе решение за отняна, промяна или потвърждение на издадените ноти.
