Ние, като част от народа и суверен на Република България, обявяваме, че служебното правителство, управляващо в момента, е противоконституционно на основание чл. 109 във връзка с чл. 76 ал. 2 от КРБ, тъй като то не е положило клетва пред Народното Събрание, следователно всички издадени от него и подчинените му администрации актове, са нищожни. Държавата ни, по Конституция, следва да се управлява според Върховния Закон и законите на страната, а понастоящем я управляват чрез външни инструкции и заповеди.
Във връзка с това призоваваме българския народ на съпротива и неподчинение на всякакви заповеди и нареждания, издадени от нелегитимния орган – Министерски Съвет. Всички глоби, санкции, актове и други разпореждания, въвеждащи диктатура, терор, дискриминация, сегрегация и насилие чрез маски, тестове и принудително инжектиране на отрови с графенов оксид, с които ни избиват с крайна цел – медицински геноцид над българския народ, са престъпление спрямо нацията и бъдещето на България! Това е престъпление и срещу човечеството. Призоваваме всички военни, полицаи, държавни и общински служители, служители от здравните и учебни заведения, да НЕ изпълняват каквито и да било разпореждания на нелегитимното правителство и подчинените му звена – в противен случай са негови съучастници. Напомняме им, че са полагали клетви като военни, полицаи, държавни служители, медици да защитават Конституцията и законите на Република България, и че отговарят за действията си.
С настоящото обявяваме началото на гражданско неподчинение и всенароден поход за свобода и връщане на заграбената от нелегитимното правителство власт, принадлежаща на българския народ.
Суверенът отменя всички противоконституционни мерки!
В качеството си на граждани на Република България и част от суверена на тази държава, в името на народа, осъждаме лицата, започнали и продължаващи този медицински геноцид.
Време е за ЕДИНЕНИЕ за свобода и живот!
