Като аргументи бяха изведени случаи на нарушаване на парламентарния правилник, сред които внасянето на извънредна точка за освобождаването на управителя на НЗОК, въпреки че се е отказал от подадената оставка, както и нежеланието на Желязков НС да почете с минута мълчание жертвите на арменския геноцид….
