Кметът прогнозира затруднения в превоза и закъснения в някои от курсовете.По думите му, трябва да се обезпечи транспортът и да се закупуват нови превозни средства. Младенов призова гражданите към търпение, защото „в края на бюджетната година е много трудно да се извадят живи пари“….
