Закон за изменение и допълнение на Закона за административното регулиране на икономическите дейности, свързани с нефт и продукти от нефтен произход. Президентът счита, че промените в закона водят до подкопаване на правовия ред в страната, противоречат на основни европейски правни норми и пораждат висок риск за публичните финанси….
