Това е шестият опит на кмета на Варна да излезе от ареста.Досега пет пъти различни състави на Градския и Апелативния съд отсъждаха, че Коцев, в качеството му на кмет, може да повлияе на свидетели, и затова го оставяха в ареста. Обвиняемият е задържан от 8 юли насам.На заседанието миналия петък, първата инстанция реши, че кметът няма опасност да се укрие, но може да извърши ново престъпление, ако е на свобода….
