Пътят Русе – Бяла вече е включен в списъка с отсечките, по които се измерва средна скорост. Измерването се извършва в две отсечки – между Обретеник и Тръстеник, както и между Тръстеник и местността Одяланик край село Пиргово. Контролът важи и за двете посоки на движение – Русе – Бяла и Бяла – Русе.Общо 38 отсечки от републиканската пътна мрежа в момента са сертифицирани за секционен контрол на средната скорост на движение….
