Честваме 117 години от провъзгласяването на българската независимост. На 22 септември 1908 година в църквата „Св. 40 мъченици“ в Търново княз Фердинанд Първи прочита манифеста, с който България е обявена за независимо царство. Церемонията е повторена и пред събралото се гражданство в крепостта Царевец.По традиция, днес сутринта във Велико Търново с военен ритуал на царския дворец на Царевец ще бъде издигнат българският трибагреник, напомня БНР – Велико Търново….
