Как се формират навиците?
Навиците се формират чрез повтаряне. Когато повтаряме дадено действие в отговор на определен стимул (тригер), мозъкът ни започва да създава връзка между двете. С течение на времето тази връзка се засилва и действието се превръща в автоматичен навик.
Психологически причини за навиците:
