В Плевен ще се проведе мирен протест срещу насилието над животни, провокиран от зверствата, извършени в Перник. Събитието е насрочено за 17 март от 17:00 часа пред Съдебната палата в града.Организаторите на протеста са изпратили уведомително писмо до Община Плевен, съобразно изискванията на Закона за събранията, митингите и манифестациите. Според чл. 8, т. 2 от този закон, организаторите на подобни събития трябва писмено да уведомят кмета на общината най-малко 48 часа преди началото на събитието, като посочат кой организира събитието, с каква цел, както и мястото и времето на провеждане….
