В първите три месеца на 2025 г. изтича валидността на 122 829 електронни винетки, отпуснати чрез Агенцията за социално подпомагане (АСП) на хора с намалена работоспособност. Общият брой на безплатните винетки, предоставени на хора с увреждания до началото на декември тази година е 218 358 броя. Те са за близо 19 млн. лв. и са за сметка на бюджета на Агенция „Пътна инфраструктура“ (АПИ), съобщиха от агенцията….
