На 27-28 ноември се състояха дебат и гласуване в Европарламента в Страсбург, като мнозинството от представителите на гражданите на ЕС отхвърлиха Резолюция на здравната комисия относно Препоръката на Комисията за пространства без дим и без аерозолиОтхвърлянето на Резолюцията бе мотивирано с нуждата от спазване на принципите, заложени в договора за Съюза – защита и равни права на гражданите, спиране на свръхрегулациите, липсата на научна обосновка, налагаща разширяване на настоящите забрани за тютюнопушене с още забрани за аерозолните продукти, като устройства за нагряване на тютюн и електронни цигари, както и нарушаване на националните компенетности на държавите-членки във воденето на здравни политики….
