Земетресение с магнитуд 2.5 по Рихтер е регистрирано в 07.42 часа, показва справка в сайта на Националния институт по геофизика, геодезия и география към БАН.Епицентърът на труса е на 7.3 км на изток от град Мелник, община Сандански. Няма данни земетресението да е било усетено. Не са регистрирани и материални щети.Само няколко часа по-късно втори трус е отчетен в България.По данни на НИГГГ към БАН земетресение с магнитуд 2,2 по скарата на Рихтер е регистриран в 10:15 часа , а епицентърът му е на 1,6 км от Велинград….
