Стана ясно кои са двамата бизнесмени от Враца и Монтана, които бяха арестувани при акцията на ГДБОП и НАП във връзка с разследване на организирана престъпна схема за пране на пари, укриване и избягване на плащането на данъци при търговия с торове и зърно.
Зам.-директорът на ГДБОП старши комисар Калин Литов съобщи, че акцията за документиране на престъпната дейност на организирана група е стартирала на 9 август на територията на София, Монтана, Плевен и Враца.
Въпросната група е изградила верига от фирми, чрез които е ощетявала държавния бюджет. В хода на разследването е било установено, че от 2021 г. до средата на настоящата година, са нанесени щети на държавния бюджет в размер на 9 млн. лв. 27 адреса са били претърсени в хода на операцията, като са задържани 9 лица, на 6 са повдигнати обвинения и са привлечени към наказателна отговорност. Едно от лицата е с подписка, а две – с парична гаранция.
В хода на разследването са установени лица, които са били пълномощници на фирмите. За почти 2 години едно от лицата е изтеглило 57 000 000 лева на каса. Въпросните пари са служили за създаване привидност на сделките, че всичко е легално.
Те са били превеждани по сметките на фирми, контролирани от ОПГ, и още същия ден са били изтегляни на каса. Част от генерираните пари, са инвестирани в недвижима собственост и луксозни автомобили. Калин Литов обясни, че целта на тези занимания е била да се прикрие собствеността и произходът на средствата.
Първият от задържаните е Антон Пецов Тошев от врачанското село Селановци, който доскоро е бил собственик на дружеството „Тоби агро къмпани“. То вече е прехвърлено на съпругата му Цветелина Кръстева. Преди 4 години фирмата декларира 50 000 000 оборот, но с твърде ниска печалба. През следващата 2021 г. дружеството направо избухва – в данъчната си декларация посочва оборот от 101 000 000 лева. За сравнение, през същата година гигантът „Холсим“ декларира само 80 милиона лева. Това разбира се светва сигналната лампичка на службите и те започват да разплитат схемата.
Тошев е стар познайник на органите на реда. Той лежа в бургаския следствен арест преди около десетилетие по обвинение за злоупотреби със зърно, което очевидно е силата му в игричките в тази област, имайки предвид, че и сега е обвинен в съмнителни зърнени сделки.
Камен Димитров Каменов от Монтана е вторият задържан – собственик е на фирмите „Кам-78“ и „Кам-78 Евротранс“. През 2020 година е посочил в данъчната си декларация оборот от 27 000 000 лева, като и през следващата година е обявил пред НАП приблизително същия оборот – 27 000 000 лева. Очевидно тук схемата е работила по начин, който да не предизвиква съмнения в ревизорите.
Софийската градска прокуратура ръководи досъдебното производство, а действията по разследването продължават и към момента. Във вторник е гледана и мярката на втора инстанция на задържаните. Три лица, са задържани под стража.
