По Конституция държавният глава трябва да продължи с процедурата в търсене на вариант за редовен кабинет. Вторият мандат ще бъде връчен на ПП-ДБ, а третият – на партия по избор на президента. Ако формациите не успеят да се разберат, ще дойде ред на ново служебно правителство….
