Повече правила на пазара за проблемни кредити предвижда нов закон за лицата, обслужващи кредити, и купувачите на кредити, който е подготвен от Министерство на финансите. В същността си той цели да увеличи правата на длъжниците, като върху тях да не бъде оказван „тормоз“ за издължаването им, както и да разшири пазара на покупка на проблемни заеми, пише Economic.Предложените в законопроекта мерки са насочени и към намаляване дела на проблемните заеми в банките и улесняване на продажбата им….
