Общо 314 285 са българските граждани, които са декларирали, че са пребивавали извън страната за повече от една година в периода 1980 – 2021 г., и са се завърнали или са пристигнали в страната през същия период. Най-много са се завърнали от Обединеното кралство – 47 хил., или 14,9 на сто, следва Германия – 41 хил., или 13,1 на сто, Испания – 27 хил., или 8,7 на сто, и Гърция – 27 хил., или 8,5 на сто от пребивавалите в чужбина….
