Системата за електронно връчване на фишове и наказателни постановления за нарушения на Закона за движение по пътищата вече работи, съобщи министър Калин Стоянов при представянето на системата пред медиите, съвместно със заместник-министъра на електронното управление Валентин Мундров.Тя функционира от 16 октомври, а до 2 ноември, за две седмици, са връчени над 5000 документа на гражданите, които имат регистрация в системата, като голяма част от тях са изплатени….
