В една от публикациите се посочва че пред ОУ „Захари Стоянов“ в гр. Варна е забелязан тъмен бус и човек, който е приканвал деца да влязат вътре, ако искат да погалят кученце. Твърди се още, че на децата са предлагани и бонбони, за да бъдат примамени….
