Сарафов с указания към прокурорите за отнемането на автомобили след употреба на алкохол и наркотици
Изпълняващият функциите главен прокурор Борислав Сарафов утвърди методически указания до прокурорите в цялата страна във връзка с измененията и допълненията на Наказателния кодекс, в частност шофиране след употреба на алкохол или наркотици. Промените влязоха в сила на 4 август 2023 г. Това съобщиха от пресцентъра на държавното обвинение.С тях законодателят е предвидил обезпечаване на отнемането в полза на държавата на превозно средство, послужило за извършване на престъпление, или присъждане на неговата равностойност в случаите, когато водачът не е собственик….
