Георги Лапчев заяви пред БНР, че не вярва на разпространените данни и оприличи с „добре планирана и преднамерена атака срещу българските курорти“.Ако изследването на Софийския университет и „Активни потребители“ за наличие на прекомерни нива на ешерихия коли на български плажове е с цел да се опази здравето на хората, защо те не информираха здравните служби, общините и държавата, попита Георги Лапчев….
