Това заяви на брифинг след заседанието на Министерския съвет регионалният министър архитект Иван Шишков, съобщи Нова.По думите му решението е взето въз основа на анализ, който е показал, че отделянето на Обзор в самостоятелна община има тежки финансови затруднения на самата община….
