Илия Спасески, който жестоко преби 21-годишния Християн Пендиков, вече е на свобода.От съда са променили мярката „задържане под стража“ след изтичането на 30-дневния срок. В момента Спасески е с отнет задграничен паспорт.От прокуратурата съобщиха, че Пендиков е пребит поради българската си етническа принадлежност. Инцидентът стана на 19 януари в родния му Охрид.Той беше с тежки наранявания по главата, гърдите и вратните прешлени….
