Парламентът прие на първо четене промени в Наказателно-процесуалния кодекс, които въвеждат механизъм за разследване на главния прокурор.Механизмът, който предлага правосъдното министерство, предвижда възможност ad hoc прокурорът, който е висш съдия и ще работи като прокурор до приключване на разследването, да внесе такова искане в Пленума на Висшия съдебен съвет, който с 13 гласа мнозинство да може да вземе решение, ако наистина има достатъчно доказателства, за временно отстраняване на главния прокурор….
