Държавата ще може да поема контрола при нужда над петролните рафинерии у нас. Това гласуваха на първо четене в парламента. Според промените в закона, контролът ще бъде осъществяван от министъра на икономиката, който ще има право да назначи особен търговски управител в съответната нефтопреработваща компания.Предложението на „Демократична България“ предвижда особеният търговски управител да се назначава за срок от шест плюс шест месеца, но да няма право да се разпорежда с имуществото на дружеството….
