Макар че се ползва с дерогации и може да внася руски петрол по море и тръбопровод до края на 2024 г., България не може да продава получени от него нефтопродукти на купувачи в други държави-членки на ЕС или в трети страни. Можем обаче да изнасяме за Украйна някои рафинирани продукти, получени от внесения въз основа на тези дерогации петрол, включително чрез транзит през други страни от ЕС при необходимост….
