За краткото време на своето съществуване, ПП ГПБЛ получи удари както от родните институции, така и от чужди такива. Прокуратурата се опита да възпрепятства учредяването на партията, което доведе до явяването с мандатоносител през април 2021 г. Малко преди изборите през юли 2021 г., попадна под санкциите на закона „Магнитски“. Потърсихме правата си по този казус чрез всички компетентни институции в държавата, но никъде не срещнахме готовност за действия по решаването му, което доведе до отказ за регистрация на ПП ГПБЛ в изборите проведени през ноември 2021 г.
Изводът е ясен – страх ги е от всички нас, обединени в каузата „Българско лято“! Страхът от справедливост и носене на отговорност от представителите на задкулисието, градено в продължение на вече 13 години от ГЕРБ и ДПС, и завладяло всички етажи на властта и държавната администрация, не допусна ПП ГПБЛ, основния им враг, да покаже истинския си потенциал в пълен мащаб. Дори в опозиция, пипалата на мафията продължиха да контролират държавната машина и да задават хода на събитията, чрез капаните, които са заложили на всяка крачка и чрез партиите, на които помогнаха да попаднат в парламента.
Исканите и обещавани реформи в съдебната система се оказаха непосилно предизвикателство и несменяемите устояха. Дори закриването на специализираното правосъдие беше повод за поредната подигравка на главния прокурор с българския народ, оневинявайки Пеевски по наложените му обвинения и санкции, чрез които се „справиха“ с надигналата се вълна на обществено недоволство – „Българско лято“.
Предстоят нови избори. Законът и държавните институции не позволяват на ПП ГПБЛ да участва и в тях. Имаме възможност да се явим посредством партия мандатоносител, но това не е решение. Единственият начин за постигане на реални резултати е обединението. Оставаме отворени към предложения за сътрудничество с партии и неправителствени организации, чиято мисия също е изкореняване на корупцията и защита на българския интерес. Нека заедно постигнем това, за което всички говорят, но никой не прави.
