Международната компания е призната за “ролсройса на хазарта” и е абсолютен лидер във всички сегменти на бранша – от производството на ротативки, рулетки и всякакви казино решения, през физическите игрални зали, базирани в най-елитните световни хотели, до добилите популярност по време на Covid 19 онлайн залагания. Преди няколко години немците влизат в съдружие с мастития и обвит в тайнственост роден хазартен бос Мило Борисов, създавайки общото дружество Palms Mercur Casino. Под търговската марка са отворени десетки игрални зали в цялата страна, но перла в короната е казиното на х-л “Милениум”, което с мащабите и апетитната си локация трябвало да привлича стотици играчи дневно. И то от каймака на комарджийската общност по цял свят. Именно кичозното игрално заведение става повод за едно от най-големите международни частни разследвания, поръчано от Gauselmann Group по подозрения, че българският им ортак ги мами мъжката.
Най-напред ги усъмнили ниските приходи, при положение, че казиното всяка нощ се пръска по шевовете, а в хотела отсядат мощни групи с богати израелци, дошли специално да чешат комарджийската си краста. Всеки от вип клиентите на вечер изигравал минимум 15 000 евро, като най-пристрастените се разделяли с колосалните за родните стандарти 200 хиляди евра на посещение. Сред разпити и доноси от страна на бг-персонала лъснало, че Мило Борисов води двойно счетоводство с черна каса във фирмената си централа на ул. “Кукуш” в столицата. Там ежедневно се изсипвали милионите, а за пред немците в официалната каса оставали мижави пачки с обяснението, че кризата е натиснала играчите и те залагат само дребни суми.
И това било върхът на айсберга. Очните ставки с крупиета и сервитьори разкрили ужасяващата мизерия, в която Мило Борисов и сестра му държат подчинените си. Набедените хазартни босове прибирали бакшишите им и им подхвърляли между 1400 и 1800 лв. месечно. На всичко отгоре повечето били осигурявани на минимална заплата или се водели на граждански договор. Много от обслужващите били записани “на стаж” и “за пробен период”, за да се спестят налози. Връх на цинизма било, че често момчетата и момичетата, които не подгъват крак по цял ден, били лишавани от задължителните вода и закуски под претекст, че губят време и навъртат излишни разходи. Всеки служител се подписвал, че получава униформа на стойност космическите 700 лв., колкото долу-горе струват екипите на френските олимпийци, шити от модна къща Шанел.
