Наглите – 2 , или как съдебната охрана на Софийският районен се превърна в организирана престъпна група за отвличания и рекет на граждани излизащи от съдебно заседание по дело срещу незаконно дисциплинарно уволнение заради липса на дискриминационен зелен сертификат. Действието се развива в Софийският районен съд намиращ се на съд на бул. Цар Борис Трети .След приключване на заседанието по делото за незаконното дисциплинарно уволнение на Светослав Пенчев, служител на Младежкия театър Николай Бинев , при напускането на сградата на съда той и свидетелите, които дадоха показания по делото бяха задържани от съдебната охрана на съда. Как стана ли? Служител на съдебната охрана заключи портала пред централния вход на съда и по този начин попречи на гражданите да напуснат територията на институцията, а същевременно 10 служители на съдебна охрана ги обградиха в кръг. Близо два часа гражданите бяха държани в двора на съда, на температури под нулата. Причината, хората при излизането от сградата на съда нямали намордници (медицински маски )на лицата си. Без да имат каквито и да е правни основания мутрите от съдебна охрана, които са на подчинение на министерството на Правосъдието, а не на МВР искат лични карти, на хората, които вече напускат сградата, Това е напълно незаконно, тъй като те нито са полицаи, нито са администратори на лични данни. Следват Почти два часа просветителска дейност от страна на задържаните – отвлечените от служителите на съдебна охрана, като им се обяснява, че техните действия са самоправство, че се държат като организирана престъпна група, че носенето на маска по своята същност е престъпление, както принуда, така и престъпление срещу един цял закон наречен закон за ограничаване носенето на облекло, закриващо частично или напълно лицето. Задържаните хора съобщават на телефон на 112, че служителите от съдебна охрана на Районен съд София , реално са ги отвлекли, тъй като не ги пускат да си тръгнат от сградата на съда без да имат каквито и да е правни основания за това. След обаждането, след около 20 минути идва полицията и хайде давай наново, просвещавай и полицаите в Конституционно право и законови норми. След още половин час, изглежда полицаите започват да разбират какво им се говори и пускат хората да си тръгнат. Това обаче стана след като са записани само данните от личните карти на хората станали жертва на отвличането , а на самите лица извършили отвличането – съдебната охрана, личните карти на са взети. А би трябвало, именно техните лични документи да се вземат и да се направи протокол срещу тях. Такова нещо обаче не се случва .. Да , има една поговорка „Гарван гарвану , око не вади !“ А за тези които искат да видят какво циркаджйско поведение имаха организираната престъпна група надзиратели , пардон служители на съдебна охрана, гледайте видеото. Ето това се случва в една държава, която под предлог че имало някаква фалшива пандемия се превръща във фашистки неонацистки концентрационен лагер. Ето това се случва, когато някой си въобрази, че чрез някаква нищожна незаконна противоконституционна престъпна заповед, може да се гаври и да си избива комплексите за малоценост над свободните по дух и съвест човешки същества.
