Докато се борим със „зелените паспорти“, временните управляващи приеха така наречения „План за възстановяване и устойчивост“. Според него срещу малко пари от ЕС се задължаваме да се лишим не само от енергийната си независимост и да плащаме луди пари за ток, но и да приемем Истанбулската конвенция по същество, тоест предписанията на Световната здравна организация за полово възпитание на децата от… 4-годишна възраст. Ето част от предписанията: От рождение до 4 години:- Информиране на децата за „удоволствието и насладата, извличани от докосване на тялото, ранна детска мастурбация“.- Обясняване на децата за „правото да се изследва половата им идентичност.“- „Приемане на различните начини да бъдеш дете в семейство“.- „Осъзнаване на факта, че връзките са различни“. От 4 до 6 години:- Децата трябва да „консолидират половата си идентичност“.- Трябва да бъдат информирани за „различните форми на семейството“.- Да приемат „разновидностите“. От 6 до 9 години:- Децата следва да бъдат информирани за „изборите за бащинство/майчинство и бременност, безплодие, осиновяване, основната идея за контрол над бремеността (възможно е да се планира и да се вземат решения относно семейството)“.- „Различните методи за контрол на бременността“.- Да получат информация за „удоволствието и насладата от докосването на собственото си тяло (мастурбация/самозадоволяване)“.- Да научат за „сексуалните права на децата“. От 9 до 12 години:- Децата трябва да придобият „разбиране за промените и разликите при телата (размерът и формата на пениса, гърдите и вулвата може да се различават драстично)“.- „Да научат за: различните форми на контрол над бременността и тяхното ползване; митове свързани с контрола на бременността“.- Да придобият умения „за ефективно ползване в бъдеще на кондоми и мерки за контрол на бремеността“. – Да бъдат информирани за „първите сексуални преживявания, полова ориентация, сексуално поведение при младите хора (разновидностите при сексуалното поведение), разлики между полова идентичност и биологичен секс“ и „удоволствие, мастурбация, оргазъм“.- Да са способни „да вземат съзнателно решение дали да имат сексуални преживявания, или не“.- Да приемат, уважават и разбират „различията в сексуалността и сексуалната ориентация“. От 12 до 15 години:- Да получат информация за „услугите, свързани с контрол над бремеността“.- Да научат за „бременността (и при еднополовите двойки)“.- Да придобият уменията да „правят съзнателен избор за противозачатъчни и да прилагат ефективно противозачатъчни средства“.- „Полова идентичност и сексуална ориентация, включително и хомосексуалност“.- Информация за „сексуалните права, както са определени от Интернационалната федерация за планирано родителстване (ИФПР) и от Световната асоциация за сексуално здраве (САСЗ)“.От 15 години нагоре:- Информация относно „бременността (също и в еднополови двойки), безплодност, аборт, противозачатъчни, спешни противозачатъчни (по-задълбочена информация)“.- Сдобиване с „критичен поглед върху различните култури/религиозни норми, свързани с бременността, родителстването и т.н.“- Да научат за „транзакционален секс (проституция, но също и за секс в замяна на малки подаръци, храна/вечери навън, малки количества пари), порнография, сексуална зависимост“.- „Промяна относно хомосексуалността от вероятни негативни чувства, отвратеност и омраза към приемане и празнуване на сексуалните различия“.- „Промени в семейни структури, насилствен брак; хомосексуалност/бисексуалност/асексуалност, самотен родител“.- Да бъдат информирани за „правото на аборт“.- Да бъдат овластени да изискат сексуални права. Оповестените намерения на препоръките са да „подобрят качеството на живот, здравето и благосъстоянието“. Чуйте доцент Григор Сарийски, икономист от Института за икономически изследвания при БАН. Това е единственият истински икономически институт в България. Не го бъркайте с имитативните нпо-та „Институт за пазарна икономика“, „Институт за либерални стратегии“ и други, закичени с „институт“, защото знаят, че няма да си направите труда да проверите дали наистина са такива.
