Днес Сдружение БОЕЦ внесе сигнали до ЦИК и Държавната агенция за закрила на детето за едно от най-грозните и срамни явления в българската политика – използване на деца в предизборната пропаганда и агитация.

В качеството ни на неправителствена организация с дейност в обществена полза, БОЕЦ сезираме Централната избирателна комисия за незаконно използване на деца в предизборната кампания на ГЕРБ и Бойко Борисов, като кандидат за депутат за предстоящите избори за парламент на 11.07.2021г.
През последните седмици сме свидетели на едно от най-срамните явления в българската политика – използването на деца в предизборната кампания. Многобройни са примерите за такива срамни и незаконни действия от срана на лицето Бойко Методиев Борисов – кандидат за депутат от политическа партия ГЕРБ. С тези свои действия Борисов пряко нарушава чл. 11 ал. 4 от Закона за закрила на детето:

Чл. 11. (4) Всяко дете има право на закрила срещу въвличане в политически, религиозни и синдикални дейности.
Действията на Борисов са и в нарушение на чл. 183. Ал. 4 от Изборния кодекс, доколкото може да се приеме, че предизборни агитационни материали и сцени, в които са въвлечени деца, накърняват добрите нрави, което е изрично забранено в чл. 183, ал. 4 от ИК. Косвена забрана за използване на непълнолетни лица в дейността на партиите се съдържа и в чл. 20, ал. 4 от Закона за политическите партии.
В потвърждение на позицията на БОЕЦ е и е Решението на ЦИК № 381-ЕП от 15 май 2014 г.
Многобройни са кадрите, публикувани през последните две седмици на официалният профил в социалната мрежа „Фейсбук” на Бойко Борисов, в качеството му на лидер на ГЕРБ и кандидат за депутат от същата партия съдържащи снимки на деца с агитационни материали на ГЕРБ – тениски, знамена, флаери и тн. Прилагаме публични снимки от фейсбук профила на Бойко Борисов:

БОЕЦ формулираме термина „политическа педофилия“ – срамно и незаконно използване на деца в политическа и партийна пропаганда по време на предизборна кампания за политически цели. Допълнителна тежест на това закононарушение е, че децата дори не осъзнават, че с тя се злоупотребява и се нарушават техните права. Така се въздейства на тяхната психика без да могат да се защитят.
БОЕЦ сезираме ЦИК и Агенцията за закрила на детето за тези тежки закононарушения, като считаме, че подобно брутално погазване на закона е недопустимо. Посегателството върху деца, граничещо с политическа педофилия е неморално, незаконно и недемократично. Изискваме от ЦИК незабавно да приложат закона в цялата му сила и строгост с цел предотвратяване на закононарушения и посегателства върху деца с цел въвличането им в политическа пропаганда и предизборна агитация, незабавна санкциониране на Борисов, премахване на всички снимки и материали – постове в социални мрежи, публикации и тн. съдържащи деца, както и подвеждане на лицето Бойко Методиев Борисов под отговорност. Сезираме и Агенцията за акрила на детето за тези нарушения на Закона за закрила на детето с цел да бъдат взети всички необходими мерки да се опази живота и здравето на българските деца от посегателствата на Борисов и ГЕРБ.
Очакваме решенията и отговорите на ЦИК и Агенцията за закрила на детето, като БОЕЦ изразяваме своята готовност да предоставим и допълнителна информация при необходимост.
ЦИК са длъжни в 24 часов срок да рзгледат сигнала на БОЕЦ и да произнесът по същество. Това е тест и дали в този съвтав на ЦИК има промяна, или отново чугуненото мнозинства на мафията има мнозинство!
